One of the damage caused by the latest computer CPU fan. Standard fan speed is 3000 rpm (revolutions per second) or with temperatures below 5o degrees Centigrade. This can be monitored in the BIOS.
Usually in these cases there is no image display monitor, the fan does not walk or run slowly, lights mouse is still alive, sometimes short-lived and died.
The solution:
1. Replace it with a new power supply (not a solution yes:))
2. The solution is easy, open the CPU fan and open the lock pin CPU fan give gomok or grease, plug it again. It must be okay
3. If the fan off or slow the fan from the outer wear plus fans at the table. If still not effective given a room air conditioner, all processors is washed into the well let cool (:) just kidding).
